On 29 June 2017 the Seilbahn Komperdell GmbH and the Tourist office Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis got the "TIROL TOURISTICA 2017" for the Hög Adventure Park.

The award was given in the categories of development of offers and infrastructure & buildings.

The Hög Adventure Park offers fun, excitement and recreation for the whole family.

On 23 June the Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis got the “TIROL TOURISTICA” price from the “Tirol Werbung”.

The words acknowledge the Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis as “an offer that best fits to this family area. It has great charisma and it is a showcase for Tyrol.

In addition to the Bikepark the newly built comfort ski depot at the valley station is Fiss was awarded.

The ski depot was designed with comfort and quality. There is enough space for the total winter sport material of Fisser guests.

"SIGN of EXCELLENCE" in the hospitality industry

For the winter season 2014/15 Tirols Ski-Dimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis got “the sign of excellence in the hospitality industry” by TripAdvisor.

This award was given Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis straight by TripAdvisor guests.

On the 6th of November the results of the international study “Best Ski Resort“ 2014 were presented in Zurich.

This year, the winner of 2012 confirms its benefits and the significance in the Alps once more:

With a satisfaction rating of 8.34 and an additional increase of about 2 % (2012: 8.19), Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis was able to climb – despite raising expectations and partly adverse weather conditions – impressively to the top with the second place in the total ranking.

The editors at judged the family ski area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in Tyrol with its vast array of possibilities in the following sectors, and evaluated each with a point system: ski area, snow guarantee, snowboard specials, cross-country skiing, après-ski, family and hiking.

With its huge selection of cable cars and lifts and superbly prepared ski slopes, the Austrian ski area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis was awarded the: "TOP Ski area" and "TOP Family".

The International Quality Seal for Ski Slope Quality was awarded for the very first time in 2006. Tyrol’s Ski Dimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis won 5.8 out of a possible 6 points, crowning it the big winner. Also in other disciplines, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis cleaned up on prizes: the incomparable Ski Lounge was awarded “most popular mountain restaurant”. The best offers for children, the best sports shop of the year, the Check-In service centre in Serfaus, were also awarded.
Tyrolean Seal of Quality for Cross-Country Skiing Tracks For two decades now the Tyrolean Government has been awarding especially well-groomed and maintained cross-country skiing tracks with the Tyrolean Seal of Quality.

This Seal of Quality is only awarded to areas with an average of at least 80 snow days during one winter (i.e. days with a snow cover of approximately 10 centimetres).

Quality and service are assured through a wide range of criteria which the regions comply with on a voluntary basis.

  • Length of at least 1,000 m

  • Snow assurance
  • Sufficient signage
